Banana Chestnut Flour Cake
When you want to have your cake and eat it too.
Ingredients:
2Â Ripe Bananas
2 Flax Eggs (2tbsp ground flax + 4 tbsp water)
1 1/2 cup Chestnut Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
2 tsp Mushroom powder (optional)
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 400F.
2)Â Blend all ingredients except chestnut flour together in a high speed blender. Stop the blend until the consistency is smooth.
